You'll find a wide range of restaurants here on the Plateau, from casual Carolina-style BBQ to fine dining complete with a wine cellar and sommelier. Reservations are highly recommended during the season.
Note that not all restaurants serve wine, beer and/or spirits, due to local restrictions or licensing requirements. Many places permit brown-bagging (bring your own). It is best to inquire ahead of time if you wish to indulge with your meal.
