Aggressive Marketing Tactics The Key to Promoting (And Ultimately Selling) Your Home or Land in Cashiers NC

Silver Creek Real Estate Group 2009 Marketing and Ad Campaign

In our on-going quest to provide the crme de la crme in service to our clients and continue to set ourselves apart from the fray in the Western North Carolina real estate market, Silver Creek Real Estate Group has launched an aggressive marketing and ad campaign for 2009. While many businesses and real estate agencies are making the choice to save their advertising dollars and cut back on marketing expenses, we forge ahead with the knowledge that advertising brings results. As a full-service brokerage firm, we believe in delivering positive results to each and every one of our clients in as timely a manner as possible. Therefore, our 2009 marketing and advertising campaign is based on a tactical three-pronged approach: 1) print advertising, 2) online marketing, and 3) customized strategies.

Perhaps the most visible, albeit most expensive, approach to attracting buyers to the Highlands-Cashiers Plateau is our print advertising campaign. This campaign not only markets Silver Creeks distinctive image and belief in Building Relationships. Delivering Dreams. it promotes the natural beauty of the region and the extraordinary properties that lie within. We realize were not just selling homes and home sites, were selling breathtaking views and the possibility of a lifetime of memories in our very special little corner of the world. In order to help us spread the word about the Plateau and promote our clients properties both on and off the mountain, we have partnered with several local and regional upscale publications. These publications include Dupont Registry, Real Estate Magazine, WNC Magazine, Florida Estates Magazine, Gold Coast Magazine, Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles Magazine and Charleston Magazine. We are creating quite a buzz, and are already seeing an incredible return on our investment.

Secondly, we pay special attention to our online marketing. We are continually making enhancements to our website www.ncliving.com for optimal marketing effect and user friendliness, and we proudly debuted our Silver Creek blog last year. Our website not only showcases listings along the Highlands-Cashiers Plateau - but also provides our visitors with detailed descriptions of the communities in the area, our NEW Visitors Guide and so much more. Silver Creek's blog serves a broad spectrum of areas sales recaps, calendar of events, latest local news and community/property focuses. We also increase our online footprint through our partners websites, i.e. The Dupont Registry.

Lastly, Silver Creek develops a targeted marketing strategy for each and every one of our clients. A member of our talented team of experienced brokers is prepared to guide our clients from the initial meeting to the closing table, while offering earnest advice and top-notch customer service every step along the way. We listen to our clients wants and needs, and carefully customize a plan to achieve them. Each of our brokers offers a wealth of experience in the real estate industry and a long history of proven results. Because our brokers live and work in the area we each have strong ties to the community, as well as unparalleled local market knowledge. Our clients are never just an MLS number to us. We believe in building relationships with the people we serve, a revolutionary concept for those continuing to languish amongst hundreds of listings.

Just a scenic three-hour drive north from the hustle and bustle of metro Atlantas busy streets, the historic resort mountain village of Cashiers, North Carolina offers its Southern city neighbors an abundance of natural splendor at every turn, a welcome & leisurely pace, delightfully mild climates, and a wealth of world-class amenities, shops & restaurants. In a neighborhood boasting breathtaking vistas of the beautiful and highly touted Tom Fazio-designed 18-hole championship golf course and sweeping panoramas of the Blue Ridge Mountains, its no wonder why the view was the subject for this years theme.
