Long drawn to the mountains of Western North Carolina, Nora Kelly made the move from Cary to the Highlands-Cashiers Plateau in 2020, embracing the region’s quiet landscape of forests, peaks, and native wildlife. She values the clarity and perspective found in a natural mountain setting — what she refers to as “nature therapy.”

A United States Marine Corps veteran, Nora served as an Aerial Navigator on the C-130 and, following 9/11, re-enlisted and transitioned into Intelligence. The discipline, discretion, and precision developed through her service continue to shape her approach, both personally and professionally.

Nora’s background includes leadership roles as a Dispatch Supervisor for UPS and a Global Project Manager in market research, where she developed a reputation for organization, efficiency, and thoughtful execution. She joined Silver Creek Real Estate Group in an administrative capacity before earning her real estate license in 2022, and in 2024 became a full-time Broker and Executive Assistant to Broker Dan Allen.

Working closely with Dan, whose career spans more than two decades in the Western North Carolina luxury real estate market, Nora plays an integral role in delivering a seamless and highly personalized experience. Her attention to detail and operational discipline complement his market expertise and deep local relationships, ensuring each transaction is handled with clarity, efficiency, and care.
