Guided by Nicolle Fogarty, owner of Slopeside Tavern, guests will journey through the defining eras of the American table, from the humble hearths of the founding era to the creative, flavor-driven dishes that define our table today. Each bite tells a story, bringing history, culture, and the connections we build around food to life. The evening concludes with a celebratory toast to America!
