We worked with Chuck Self to help find us a second home in the Cashiers/Sapphire area of NC. Chuck and his assistant, Riva Smith, were exceptional. He was very easy to contact, he always responded promptly and, most importantly, he found us exactly what we wanted! It took a few weekend excursions from our home in Birmingham, AL, but it was well worth the trips and the mountain house sightseeing excursions. We love our new home in the area. The house, the view, the location are perfect, exactly what we wanted. The process was made very easy by Chuck and Riva. On top of all that, Chuck is a very friendly person and it was very comfortable spending the time with him while we were house hunting. After we closed on the house, a process he also made very easy for us, he and Riva have stayed in close contact with us and are still helping us get to know the area, finding restaurants and resources in the area we may need intermittently.
