Dan was an outstanding realtor. He took care of us the entire time, even though we were selling remotely. I never felt like a call or text went unanswered, and he guided us through the process with ease start to finish. We were happy with our transaction start to finish!

Dan is wonderful to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable. He sold our home in three weeks. He did extensive market analysis so that our house was priced correctly.

Dan was my agent for the purchase of my NC cottage. He's very knowledgeable about the area and recommended excellent inspectors during the due diligence process. If you buy in the Cashiers/Highlands area I would recommend getting both a septic and water pump test done if the home has a well.  Kathryn, Dan's assistant, was also great to work with.
