When Eddy McDonald arrived on the Highlands-Cashiers Plateau in 1993 as a club professional at Highlands Falls, he discovered more than a career opportunity. He found home. Three decades later, this former PGA professional has become one of the area's most trusted real estate experts.

Eddy's journey from the golf courses of his native Northwest Alabama through the Nike Tour and PGA Professional Golf Management program provided him with the discipline and precision that his clients now benefit from.

With years of experience in multiple local industries, Eddy brings a fresh approach to mountain properties and real estate. "I can carry you into any club up here behind the gates and tell you who built the house, who's lived there, its history, and everything else," he notes.
