As an emerging broker and Jochen Lucke's assistant, Jessica Stough has become the utility player Silver Creek Real Estate Group didn't know it needed. Unflappable, energetic, and wholly driven to succeed, she's mastered being both the rock that supports the team and the force propelling it forward.

Jessica's path to the Plateau began in Brazil, where she graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas, one of the country's most prestigious schools. In 2014, she joined Lifan Motors as a corporate attorney, spending three years learning to bridge the gap between Brazilian and Chinese management.

In 2017, Jessica opened her own practice in São Paulo, handling real estate litigation and property management. But even as her practice thrived, she decided she was ready for a change. Fluent in English and seeking new challenges, Jessica left her home country and moved to Charleston, South Carolina, in 2019.

By 2021, she'd met Boyd, an Air Force veteran, attorney, and software entrepreneur. When he suggested moving closer to his family in the North Georgia mountains, Jessica didn't hesitate. The warm Southern hospitality reminded her of home, and they moved together that same year. They married in 2022, surrounded by family.

After obtaining her green card, Jessica pursued her real estate license. When a friend suggested Silver Creek, her first interview with founder Jochen Lucke lasted four hours. She joined the firm in February 2024.

Since then, Jessica has coordinated every detail from contracts and photography schedules to inspections and showings. She's learned from watching Jochen balance supporting his team while building his own business. That's her vision too — helping others succeed while establishing her own client base and reputation.

Jessica and Boyd live in Sky Valley, Georgia, with their two cats, Draco and Elvis. They hike frequently, explore local wineries, and celebrate special occasions at Madison's Kitchen at Old Edwards.

After less than a year, Jessica Stough has proven herself as both the dependable rock Silver Creek relies on and the emerging force shaping its future — exactly what makes a rising star in luxury real estate.
