Born and raised in Oxford, Mississippi where generational roots run deep, Julia's love of all things reminiscent of "home," was sparked by visits to her grandmother's national landmark home, Ammadelle. From family meals and heirlooms shared to architectural endeavors, her family left its mark on Oxford. Her grandfather even built the city's golf course, now the local park, and employed his five sons to make sure every golfer had a caddy for their game.

After receiving her Fine Arts degree with an emphasis in graphic design from the University of Mississippi in 2014, Julia went on to purchase Delta Grind, a family-owned business, in 2016. Her creative spirit found immense satisfaction in watching something hand-crafted turn into a beautiful final product - no matter the medium. Since taking over Delta Grind, Julia has successfully reshaped the business model and continues to grow the company with the construction of a new commercial facility. You will find Julia and her grits featured in magazines such as Garden & Gun and Southern Living.

Today, Julia and her husband Mac reside in Lake Toxaway where they run a successful construction company focusing on residential and commercial projects. They have found that the golf communities, friendly atmosphere, and breathtaking views make it easy to find a taste of home in the Highlands-Cashiers Plateau.

From building lasting relationships to providing an unforgettable home-buying experience, Julia understands the intricacies of delivering on the dreams of her clients.  When she’s not working, Julia enjoys reading, gardening, entertaining with friends and exploring the local lakes and hiking trails with their two Great Danes, Grace, and George, and blue heeler, Gus.
