Scott brings over 30 years of executive experience and expertise specializing in upscale real estate, to provide a high level of professional personal service to clients. Scott received his Master’s Degree in Real Estate Investment and Development from the renowned Graaskamp Program at the University of Wisconsin, then worked many years in upscale real estate development and investment for the leading national firm Trammell Crow, The Beach Company in Historic Charleston, and most recently with a small firm in dynamic Nashville, developing several award-winning hotels. Scott is known for his thorough research, creativity, driving project momentum, and bringing in excellence in design from around the world.

Scott is also passionate about the social responsibility of heritage and environment preservation and the quality of design, amplifying life-experience for present and future generations and optimizing investment value. Scott provides fully customized services to individual clients for sales of exclusive residential properties, commercial and investment properties, land, and luxury developments. Scott and his wife Carolyn discovered the richness of the lifestyle experience and culture of the Highlands and Cashiers mountains communities, and have made a life-commitment here, recently completing their new custom home and “Maisonnette” cottage in The Chattooga Club, where Scott also serves on the POA board.

When not working, Scott enjoys the inspiration of art and culture in central Paris and Italy with his wife Carolyn, a leading high-end interior designer in Nashville and now Cashiers, and their designer daughter Isabella.
