I connected with Parker some months ago rather randomly through a request for information on your website. He called me immediately, and he began sending me information on properties in the Cashiers/Highlands area. Our parameters changed several times over the course of these months, and Parker amiably revised his searches and kept the information coming, even though I have to admit our interest was really just curiosity in the beginning. But lo and behold a particular property piqued our serious attention a couple of weeks ago, and with Parker’s professional help we are now proud owners of a home in Cashiers.

Parker has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and available, and I don’t know that we would have signed a purchase agreement on a home in North Carolina, sight unseen, without the trust and confidence we developed in Parker over the course of the last few months. My husband and I were considering property in Lonesome Valley in the Cashiers area. I randomly filled out the information page on a real estate website to investigate potential properties for sale. As we were driving east out of the area, Chuck called my cell phone. He recognized my area code and reached out because we were from the same part of the Midwest. The rest is history.
