Marsha Bricker is a real estate phenomenon. We have sold property before but never so quickly and easily. She had potential buyers in mind even before the listing appeared publicly. One of them now owns the property. Marsha advised and represented us well, from arriving at an asking price to closing the deal. She moved us quickly through the selling process. We had to keep up with her. When the inspection revealed needed repairs, Marsha immediately called on one of her contractor contacts who did the repairs quickly and expertly.
