Chuck was very helpful in selling our Trillium home promptly in the summer of 2018. We asked him to price it for a prompt sale and he did. We closed the sale within 90 days of the listing. He also represented the buyer and he did a really good job in handling the negotiations and details of closing which was helpful since we were not in North Carolina during the listing and closing periods.. Also, his company does a really good job of marketing including professional photos for the marketing materials. There is an abundance of real estate for sale in the Cashiers area and you really need an exceptional agent like Chuck to avoid wasting everybody's time.
