My wife and I had an interest in buying a mountain vacation home in the Highlands/Cashiers area. We didn’t know any realtors and had a lot of questions. Luckily we met Parker Anderson in the Silver Creek office.

Parker was kind enough without an appointment to sit down with us and first listen to our questions and then made some quick calls to show us several properties. It was more of an education vs a sales pitch.

A few months later we wanted to make an offer on a log cabin with an amazing view just a couple miles outside of Highlands on Little Bear Pen mountain.

Parker researched the property and thought our offer was too high. He was able to negotiate a more fair offer with the owner’s broker in which both us and the owner agreed. Parker arranged inspections and answered questions with the title company making it easy for us to close living in Florida.

After the closing, Parker helped us with finding a contractor for a couple repairs and make a few improvements to the property.

Overall because of Parker’s professionalism, we would recommend him to anyone interested in buying a mountain vacation home in the Highlands/Cashiers area.
