Ray Trine is the quintessential agent. In an era when the internet and tech companies are challenging realtors’ traditional business model, Ray is a reminder that there is no replacement for experience and expertise. I had done some initial research to try and narrow the scope of our search for a second home in North Carolina and handed off my findings to Ray. It quickly became apparent that Ray knew the area incredibly well. Based on a snapshot of what we were looking for, he was able to tailor and hone our search down from the 15 or so areas I handed him to a small handful. Throughout the showings, offers, negotiations, and closing, Ray was there with just the right things to say and do, every step of the way.
