Bald Rock

Bald Rock is a 778-acre gated mountain community situated along a 3,500- to 4,200-foot ridgeline above Sapphire Valley surrounded by creeks, waterfalls, a rare mountain bog, and 9.2 miles of private hiking and equestrian trails. The community borders Panthertown Valley with direct Forest Service trail access for hiking, biking, and horseback riding. Equestrian life is central to Bald Rock’s identity. The Bald Rock Equestrian Center features 16 stalls, multiple pastures, wash areas, and a riding arena. Residents enjoy access to the incredible Sapphire Valley Master Association amenities. These include the 50-acre Lake Fairfield, Red Bird Golf Links, a nine-hole golf course, one indoor and two outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a health club, a game room, miniature golf, a ski and tubing slope, musical concerts, and more.

Situated along the Eastern Continental Divide, bordered by the natural beauty of Panthertown Valley and adjacent to the prestigious Bald Rock community, The Divide at Bald Rock offers an eclectic blend of estate-sized home sites and cozy cabin lots. Encompassing 244 acres and set at elevations topping 4,500 feet above sea level, views from this Sapphire Valley community include cascading waterfalls, abundant foliage, and awe-inspiring views of the mountains and valley floor. The Divide features an open-air pavilion for family and community gatherings, which includes a full kitchen and two stacked stone fireplaces.
