Highlands Country Club

As the oldest and most established country club in the Highlands, North Carolina area, Highlands Country Club is steeped in tradition. Set foot on the links of its 18-hole championship golf course and come to the realization that you are teeing off where the legendary golfer Bobby Jones once played. Designed during the Golden Era of Golf by golf course architect Donald Ross, this Western North Carolina course is believed to be one of the most challenging along the Highlands-Cashiers Plateau. Membership amenities include an elegant clubhouse with a pro shop and 19th Hole Grill overlooking the course, two Har-Tru tennis courts and a heated pool. Located within Highlands city limits, Highlands Country Club is within walking distance of the quaint shops and restaurants that line the highly popular Main Street district.
