Once we decided to move forward with the sale she created a well-thought-out pricing analysis but also included her extensive knowledge of the area to support a higher price than the comps showed. We had our house under contract in 3 days after receiving seven offers at or above list. We closed four weeks later and received significantly more than asking price. I want to thank Ray Trine for his persistence and good humor as he marketed my Cashiers/Glenville lot over the past several years.
