We had been searching for a summer home in the Cashiers/Highlands area for three years. During our search, we found only one home that met most of our needs and requirements. Unfortunately, the negotiations on that home proved to be unsuccessful. That was a huge disappointment for us. We considered giving up our search in Cashiers and Highlands and focusing elsewhere in N.C. or possibly in the New England area, but fortuitously, we met Bambi. We renewed our search but saw nothing else that appealed to us. Then, Bambi suggested that perhaps she could develop a plan of action to acquire for us the home that we'd failed to purchase previously. We thought it would be a futile effort, but we agreed to let her try.  

Bambi was relentless. She led us through difficult negotiations with flawless strategy, tactics, and execution. To say that she worked "day and night" (emailing as early as 6 a.m. or as late as 11 p.m.), on weekdays and weekends is no exaggeration. When presented with issues that seemed insurmountable, she came up with options and solutions. 

In short, we would not have been successful in purchasing our home without Bambi’s persistence, determination, wisdom, and good judgment. She is simply amazing!

We have bought and sold many homes, vacation homes, and rental properties over the years, and I think it is a rarity to walk away from a real estate transaction and believe your agent did the best they could for you. We truly believe this of Dan. And if I have not said enough about Dan, I’ll end with this final note: We will soon be helping my mother look for property in the area, and Dan is the first person we are going to call.

Chuck and Riva clearly provided the BEST real estate experience I have ever had. Chuck helped us purchase a home, and sell a home. He gave wise advice concerning both transactions.
