After working with another agent, we employed Dan to sell our Glenville house, and, boy, are we glad we did! Dan took the ball and ran with it. He worked what should have been unbearably long hours, but was always there to field every little question and uncertainty of mine. Explained each step of the process thoroughly, clearly, and honestly. My only disappointment is that he could not then stay with me to find the next home after he'd helped me sell my own so quickly and with such attention to detail. He was fair with both buyer and seller, and I could not be more satisfied.

Silver Creek's internet presence, the fabulous pictures, the virtual tour, the NC Living magazine, etc. are all far above other real estate offices in the area. In my opinion, the Silver Creek website is the best real estate website that I have used. When Dan and I discussed the original listing price, he agreed with my price of $650,000 (after reviewing other comparable solds and comparable listings in the area). As it turns out the home was sold by an agent in Dan's office at full listing price! I couldn't be happier. I have already recommended Dan Allen to other friends in the area.
