We had our home on and off the market a couple times over the past two years and experienced minimal activity. With Cassie things really began to click. Due to her marketing efforts showings increased dramatically. Homes only sell when they’re shown to enough potential buyers. She does the little things that make her successful and gets you as a seller results. For example, with cooler weather approaching and us away we winterize the home. Cassie would take the time to go by ahead of showings, turn on the water & hot water heater, adjust the home temperature to a comfortable level and make sure all was in good order. And then put all back as we left it. She went over and above our expectations based on prior experience.
