On several occasions, she went above and beyond her job description, because we were selling remotely. Bambi Famous Kaine is incredible. She told me to list my home with her company Silver Creek in Cashiers, NC, it was this winter, midwinter, she said, "It will sell, Trust me".  I thought she was wrong, but she was the realtor so we put it on the market right away. I did it all online, and IN 2 DAYS it was SOLD. She is very business-minded, clever, diligent and so hard working, when you list your home with Bambi she is not fooling around. She will sell it!! She is good with people too. You are in the best hands possible. A great person and she knows the market.

We had been searching for a summer home in the Cashiers/Highlands area for three years. During our search, we found only one home that met most of our needs and requirements. Unfortunately, the negotiations on that home proved to be unsuccessful. That was a huge disappointment for us. We considered giving up our search in Cashiers and Highlands and focusing elsewhere in N.C. or possibly in the New England area, but fortuitously, we met Bambi. We renewed our search but saw nothing else that appealed to us. Then, Bambi suggested that perhaps she could develop a plan of action to acquire for us the home that we'd failed to purchase previously. We thought it would be a futile effort, but we agreed to let her try.  

Bambi was relentless. She led us through difficult negotiations with flawless strategy, tactics, and execution. To say that she worked "day and night" (emailing as early as 6 a.m. or as late as 11 p.m.), on weekdays and weekends is no exaggeration. When presented with issues that seemed insurmountable, she came up with options and solutions. 

In short, we would not have been successful in purchasing our home without Bambi’s persistence, determination, wisdom, and good judgment. She is simply amazing!

It was a pleasure working with Bambi when we decided to sell our home in Cashiers. Bambi understood our goals, and always had our back throughout the process. In September 2020, my wife and I began what would become a year-long search for a house in the Highlands/Cashiers area.  We told Bambi what we were looking for and after several trips to the area were unable to find exactly what we were looking for.  Due to business elsewhere, we were forced to put our search on hold and were not able to resume it until the following Spring.  Over the Winter, Bambi remained in touch with us weekly, offering updates on potential properties that fit our search.  During this time, we were able to develop a relationship with Bambi that offered her deeper insight into what our personal interests were and she always, without hesitation or being asked, responded with additional information about the area that matched those interests.  Despite several modifications in our search criteria, Bambi continued to work patiently and tirelessly to help us.  After several trips to the area in the Summer, we still could not find exactly what we were looking for and informed Bambi that we were considering buying a lot and building ourselves.  With a persistent level of enthusiasm and determination, Bambi located the perfect lot and we closed that Fall.  Throughout the entire search, Bambi exercised a level of professionalism and personal commitment that remains unparalleled in our experience and always treated our search as if it was her own.
