Bambi is terrific. For our first meeting, she came to our house extremely well prepared with a lot of work and analysis having been done by her on it, all done before our decision to sign her up. She recommended a listing price much higher than my wife and I expected. We signed a listing agreement, she used professional photography and drone footage to show the house and within 3 days we received multiple offers substantially over list price.
