Upon first meeting Mr. Allen we were unaware of his standing in this community, but it was no surprise to see him in the paper organizing fund raisers for the Humane Society. Shopping for property with Mr. Allen was very different than the typical city grind. After hunting properties in the nooks and crannies in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina we felt more like we were with a property connoisseur, in all price ranges.
