Chuck took us around Cashiers on a late December day in the pouring, pelting rain. And we loved every minute of it. We saw many homes that were right in the range and style of what we were looking for along with some he thought we may like based on our conversations. He was very patient and thoughtful in each home we looked at and never tried to sell us on anything we saw. He genuinely wanted us to find what we wanted. We ended up loving the location of a partially built home and ultimately buying that home which was not much of a profit for him. But he treated us and this sale as if we were family. We continue to enjoy all of our conversations with Chuck, even though our sale is complete.
