I used to be a realtor so I was very picky about who we would use to buy a home in Cashiers/Highlands. I scoured reviews and talked to several agents-Chuck called me back immediately, was the most knowledgeable and the most genuine. He knew all of the homes we were interested in, and knew their stats. He is meticulous about details, and just impressed us completely. The home we ended up buying didnt look so great online but again, Chuck knew the home and knew they had just cut down some trees which opened up the view tremendously. We would have never been interested had he not told us this and we would have missed out on our dream home, which was also a dream DEAL thanks to Chuck!

Chuck took us around Cashiers on a late December day in the pouring, pelting rain. And we loved every minute of it. We saw many homes that were right in the range and style of what we were looking for along with some he thought we may like based on our conversations. We ended up loving the location of a partially built home and ultimately buying that home which was not much of a profit for him. But he treated us and this sale as if we were family.
