Chuck and his assistant, Riva, are exceptional, and I would recommend them to anyone. Chuck actually helped us look for a house in Highlands about 8 years ago, and we decided not to pull the trigger back then. When my wife texted Chuck to go see a property about 3 months ago, he immediately called her back, and they went to see the house the following morning. We ended up put a contract on that house days later. Chuck's been in the area for ~20 years, so he knows the market. He has great contacts with contractors that we are using to do some of our remodeling work. Again I would recommend him to anyone. Riva, his assistant, is also extremely responsive and met us at the house a number of times on the weekends between our contract date and closing date. She was always accessible if Chuck couldn't meet us, and she took care of a number of requests we had about the previous owners contractors. She even called the architects office that designed the house back in 1994 to get us blueprints. Truly amazing people that are great to work with, and they go above and beyond!

We listed our home in Glenville with Dan Allen after much consideration.  Our home was remote and on 24 acres adjacent to national forest.  Dan’s knowledge of the real estate scene and his love of the mountains made us very comfortable entrusting the sale of our home to him.  He and his assistant Nora were  thorough, caring, and very focused on not just a sale, but finding the right person for the property.  It was only shown twice and we had an offer both times!  We were living several hours away, but Dan and Nora made the process easy for us.  We highly recommend them as a fantastic real estate team!!
