“I can do anything from a private dinner for one up to a party for a dozen, and we can present the meal with full service, buffet-style, or anything in between. Some clients require more formal service from wait staff, while others prefer to position themselves near the action and watch me prepare the meal. I can structure the evening to create the experience they desire.”

Guests feel free to relax and make themselves at home in a way that you can’t do in a restaurant.”

Some clients see a meal in a magazine that appeals to them, and we put together a beautiful spread of food based on a photo or recipe.”

A personal chef endeavors to bring the vision of his client to life. “If you need a bartender specifically to mix drinks for your guests, I can hire one. If the serving area is far from the kitchen, or it’s a larger dinner party, I bring one or two servers to provide the right level of service for the occasion.”

When oysters are in season, those are one of my most requested dishes. And for appetizers, you can do all sorts of fun things with puff pastry and really get creative.”

We discuss what they can eat and their favorite types of food, and then I work to create dishes that they will enjoy.”
