Bambi is terrific. For our first meeting, she came to our house extremely well prepared with a lot of work and analysis having been done by her on it, all done before our decision to sign her up. She recommended a listing price much higher than my wife and I expected. We signed a listing agreement, she used professional photography and drone footage to show the house and within 3 days we received multiple offers substantially over list price. She, along with her assistant Melissa had the closing process move forward extremely smoothly with very little required by us. We couldn’t recommend Bambi and her assistant Melissa more highly. They were worth every penny of the commission.

Chris Duffy recently helped my husband and me buy a second home in Highlands. Chris was so friendly and personable, and he answered every question we had - even those we didn’t know we had. We viewed the house on a Friday morning, and Chris worked all afternoon and into the evening to make sure that we reached a deal that worked for the sellers and us. Between execution of the contract and closing, he answered even more questions promptly and patiently. We live eight hours away, so this purchase could have been really difficult, but Chris ensured that the closing went very smoothly. If we ever need a realtor again, Chris will definitely be our guy.

My wife and I have been coming to Cashiers and Highlands for about 10 years now and decided it was time to find our own place in the area. During a short trip, we did online research to try to find a realtor. When we first called Chuck's office, we spoke with his assistant Riva (she's fantastic) who was very diligent in learning a bit more about us and our wants and then getting us in touch with Chuck. We have been exploring various areas to buy a mountain home in North Carolina for the past two years. Several friends suggested we look into the Cashiers/Highlands area.

This spring we contacted Jodi Moore after seeing her name on several listings in the area.  We had several conversations about what we were looking for, then scheduled a day together.  Jodi had done an extensive search and set up several home tours.  She took us to different communities and we found her to be very informative about the area.  We are from out of state and found her knowledge and experience invaluable.

My husband and I had been searching independently for lots in the Cashiers and Highlands area and were fortunate to be paired up with Parker Anderson with Silver Creek Real Estate Group. It was important for us to have someone stay in close contact since we currently live out of state. He kept us informed of available lots to review prior to visiting the area, over multiple visits, and was very responsive to our questions.
