Very rarely can you find an honest real estate agent who "gets it." Dan knows the market, knows you and knows houses. He can help you find that diamond others ignored because they missed key details he understands. He has helped us on two properties so far. In the first one, he knew critical information that made the deal possible. If you want to buy land, he has expertise in good building site identification. We bought a house and a plot of land, and he is great at knowing if a site can be graded and would make good building. And for knowledge of the area around Highland/Cashiers/Sylva/Lake Glenville - nobody understand the market better. He's a local and knows everybody.

Dan Allen not only met, but surpassed each and every expectation set before him. Dan helped us find and purchase a piece of land in Cullowhee NC . Living in Florida made this a bit daunting but Dan took care of all due diligence and took time to go out to the lot each time someone had to be there, whether it was for the county permits or a survey he took care of it which made it very easy for us. He is always at the other end of a phone call and does what he says he will do. Will use him again in the future for any purchase or sale and he knows the area and market very well!
